Working closely with both leadership and staff, my role involves developing initiatives that address the unique pressures of the legal profession and acting as a mediator in conflicts, offering support to both employees and management to resolve interpersonal issues and promote a harmonious workplace, while ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated.

As the Creative Sophisticate at 1027tm, I helm the visual, aesthetic, and branding services—basically, if it looks good, I had something to do with it. Whether illustrating the complexities of the human body, knocking out trademark illustrations or designing cutting-edge visuals, I bring artistry and strategy together with unparalleled technique and caffeine.
